Carolinian Winery Food and Wine Pairing Evening

We get home from a busy day, we reach for a bottle opener and with a few twists and a ”pop” we are sipping a delicious drink that we have been enjoying for centuries – wine. Many Londoners are unaware that we have our very own organic winery located right here in London – if you are one of them, you have to visit the Carolinian Winery at Foley Farms, it is a gem of a place. I have not been to Foley Farms in a while, but as it turns out I am going Friday night. They are having a wine and food pairing evening that sounds delicious.
