Green Drinks London

Green Drinks London

Michel drinks a Dead Elephant Beer from Railway City Brewing Company (St. Thomas) Tuesday night I went out to meet Green Drinks for the first time. Green Drinks London is a local chapter of an International group which meets monthly to discuss environmental issues in a laid back (person to person) kind of way. Tiffany Roschkow is the coordinator for our London group and she has so much energy and passion for Green things in London, you just have to meet her. Green Drinks is a great place to meet new people who share the same love that you have for Mother Earth (I know you love Nature, come on now – you are reading my blog!). The Morrissey House Menu Green Drinks currently meets at The Morrissey House which was a very cool pub and restaurant who had the most impressive local beers menu that I have ever seen. In the top photo my new friend Michel Cote (from The Lotus Centre) holds up his Dead Elephant full bodied, Golden Pale Ale which was brewed just south of us at Railway City Brewing Company in St.Thomas. I chose to go with Orange Peel Ale which was brewed at Great Lakes Brewery in Etobicoke, Ontario and it was delicious, truly delicious. Dead Elephant from Railway City Brewery Although there was great beer to be had, the drinks are only a small part of Green Drinks. This group meets once a month and Tiffany brings in all kinds of speakers, from fly fishers to fly catchers (etymologists), there is something engaging for everyone in Green Drinks. They will be meeting next month, just email Tiffany directly to try it out. I hope to see you there! BN87J6D624KZ  Read More
